At RoutiKids, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Digital Products :

All digital products including printables, templates, and guides are non-refundable. Immediately after payment, you receive access to download your files. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Damaged or Missing Files : 

If you experience any problems accessing your digital files, please contact our support at routikids.service@hotmail.com within  7 days of purchase. We will promptly resolve the issue by providing a new download link.
